Charter Terms & Conditions
We curate a selection of yachts tailored to your dates, route, and preferences. Once you’ve chosen the perfect option, we reserve it for your requested dates. To confirm the booking, a deposit is required. Final terms are outlined in a personalized charter agreement.
After the initial deposit is made, the remaining balance is due a few days before the start of your charter (the exact timeline depends on the yacht and the owner's terms). We will provide you with all payment details and deadlines well in advance.
The base charter rate covers the yacht rental and crew services. Additional costs may include: - Fuel (if not already included) - Food and beverages - Port fees and marina berths - Water toys and extra equipment We always provide a detailed breakdown of what’s included and what’s additional — ensuring full transparency and no surprises.
Cancellation terms depend on the selected yacht and the season. In most cases, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation. However, more flexible solutions may be possible in certain situations. All details are clearly communicated in advance and outlined in the charter agreement.
